How much does it cost to be a delegate?
£10 early bird ticket (ending 11.03.2024)
£15 regular ticket (12.03.2024-24.03.2024)
£20 late ticket (24.03.2024-31.03.2024)
Includes: a full 3-day event, including catering, networking events, a certificate, and a unique experience
I am trying to register, but the registration site keeps timing out. What should I do?
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to fill out the registration form! We are very sorry that you have encountered the time out message. It must be frustrating! Please note that registration and payment occurs through the online store of the University of Sheffield, and therefore we have limited control over the process, but we still very much want you here! Our suggestion would be to have pre-written responses to the questions of:
“Briefly note (1-2 paragraphs) your personal motivation for attending this conference.”
Any specific reasons why you may want a delegate role, or to represent a specific Member State or organisation (you can list up to 3 choices in each category)
Once you are in the system, copying and pasting these responses should save you some time. If you experience problems despite this, please email us at sheffwho@sheffield.ac.uk, and we will do our best to help you. Thanks in advance for your perseverance!
I am having trouble with my credit card on the payment site. Please help!
We apologise for this inconvenience, and we understand that it is frustrating! Please note that registration and payment occurs through the online store of the University of Sheffield, and therefore we have limited control over the process. Please email us as soon as possible, at sheffwho@sheffield.ac.uk. We will do our best to help you to arrange an alternative method of payment.
What do I get for my registration fee?
You can get a whole range of goodies by signing up and attending SheffWHO! The perks will soon be posted closer to the time.
If I am unable to make it, and I only realise near the time, am I able to sell on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable from our end, but if you find someone wants to take your role and position, you can certainly transfer that information, as long as you notify the Organising Committee. We need to make sure we are meeting this person’s dietary and access needs!
We are aware that COVID-19 restrictions are constantly changing, so we have created a mitigation plan to ensure that the conference can run.
